Misaka clone No. 20001, she is the administrator of the Misaka Network and the fail-safe mechanism in case the Sisters got out of control. She is not designed to function independently and survive for long outside a culture container, and appears to be only about ten years old. Unlike her previous clone sisters, she is capable of showing emotions and has a close relationship with [Mikoto](https://anilist.co/character/13701/Misaka-Mikoto), [Misaka Imouto](https://anilist.co/character/17729/MISAKA-10032) and [Accelerator](https://anilist.co/character/13917/Accelerator).
