A girl whose greatest wish was simply to have friends is reincarnated into a game world set in a mafia-controlled early modern era. In her new life, she becomes Francesca, the beloved daughter of one of the Five Great Families that secretly support the monarchy. Her hopes for a peaceful life are quickly shattered. As soon as the game's main story begins, she is kidnapped by Leonardo, her fiancé—and the story's most dangerous antagonist. However, instead of treating her as an enemy, Leonardo unexpectedly offers to become her "friend." Excited at the chance to gain her first real friend, Francesca throws herself into changing the game's deadly storyline. Drawing on her bold personality and strong sense of loyalty from her previous life, she works to avoid the bad endings awaiting her. What begins as an attempt to make a friend soon becomes something more complicated, as a former yakuza granddaughter and a ruthless young mafia boss find themselves bound together in a dangerous game where friendship and romance begin to blur.
